I thought my water softener was leaking so I called Alamo (who installed it). They came out within 30 minutes and checked the unit all over. Luckily it is fine. They were so responsive and kind I can’t say enough about this company. As a note, I asked how much I owed them and they did not charge me.
I can’t say enough about their level of customer service. So if you are considering a new water service, give them a call, you will not regret it.

I just had service call today. I’ve had the system for almost a year, and I have had several power outages at my house so I called AWS just to make sure the timer was still in sync. Ross Thull came out checked it , did a water test, set the timer to catch up on what the cycle needed. And done!!! Great service, great people, great product!!
